    Any milk
    Yogurt, free of granola, nuts or seeds
    Low fiber cereal such as Cream of Rice, Cream of Wheat, Special K or Rice Krispies
    Mashed potatoes without the skin
    Baked or boiled potatoes without skin
    Creamy peanut butter
    White rice
    Plain pasta with cream sauce or with butter and salt
    Jelly
    Both cooked and tender meat, poultry or fish
    Well cooked or canned vegetables without skin or seeds in it (not stewed tomatoes)
